Black Maca Power Smoothie
Ingredients list
For 1 large smoothie or 2 small portions:
- 1 teaspoon Black Maca Powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 grams frozen blueberries or blackberries
- 200 ml almond milk or oat milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon linseed or chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional for a chocolate twist)
- 1 teaspoon honey or date syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional for an extra cold smoothie)
Preparation method
- Place the black maca powder, banana, frozen berries, and plant-based milk in a blender.
- Add the linseed and, if desired, the cocoa powder and honey for extra flavour.
- Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again for a refreshing result.
