Black Maca Power Smoothie

Ingredients list

For 1 large smoothie or 2 small portions:

  • 1 teaspoon Black Maca Powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 grams frozen blueberries or blackberries
  • 200 ml almond milk or oat milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon linseed or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional for a chocolate twist)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or date syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional for an extra cold smoothie)

Preparation method

  1. Place the black maca powder, banana, frozen berries, and plant-based milk in a blender.
  2. Add the linseed and, if desired, the cocoa powder and honey for extra flavour.
  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again for a refreshing result.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass, serve immediately and enjoy your Black Maca Power Smoothie!
