Exchanges and Returns
We strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. If this is not the case, we would like to hear what you do not like. For food, we only accept returns if the packaging is unopened. You can return products up to 14 days after receipt.
Please send an email to info@kruidenland.nl stating your order number to register a return.
Warranty conditions
All our products have a warranty period that is valid until the expiration date, unless otherwise stated in the product description. In addition to this warranty, the statutory provisions also apply. The warranty offered does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Excluded from warranty: Damage caused by falling, impact or other causes of third parties. Keep your invoice safe, this serves as your proof of warranty. Without an invoice we unfortunately cannot determine whether the product was purchased from us and we cannot provide a warranty.
Conditions for returning your products:
- Please ensure that the products are returned to us unused, in the original box, sealed (if applicable to durable and hygiene products), and properly packaged within 14 working days of receipt.
- Please ensure that the original packaging is not damaged, especially for products with a limited shelf life (hygiene, custom-made products, etc.).
- If the product or packaging arrives damaged, we reserve the right to reduce its value. Therefore, please treat our products with care.
- Since we do not have a pick-up location, it is not possible to return shipments yourself.
- Please register your return using the form below so we can easily process it. Unregistered returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service.
Exchange order
Exchanging products is not possible. However, you can return the order according to our return policy and then reorder the desired products via our webshop. See our return conditions below.
Cancel order
Have you changed your mind and want to cancel your order? This is possible, as long as the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Only then can you cancel your order free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can process the cancellation in time.
Received the wrong order?
Did you accidentally receive the wrong order? Our apologies! Please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you the correct order.
Tip: Always check carefully whether you have entered the correct information during the ordering process.
Did you receive a damaged product?
Sometimes a product can get damaged during transport. That is why it is important to always check your order thoroughly once it has been delivered. If your product has arrived damaged, we recommend that you take a clear photo immediately and call our customer service so that we can help you further.
Please note : Any transport damage must be reported to us within 1 working day of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with our service or if you have a complaint about the webshop, one of our employees or a delivered product, we would like to hear from you. Your feedback is important to us to further improve our service.
