Exchanges and Returns

At Kruidenland we strive to deliver products that fully meet your expectations. If this is not the case, we would like to hear what you do not like.

For food products, we only accept returns if the packaging is unopened. You have the right to return products up to 14 days after receipt.

Register a return: Send an email to info@kruidenland.nl stating your order number.


Warranty conditions

All our products are covered by a warranty period that is valid until the expiration date, unless otherwise stated in the product description. In addition to this warranty, the statutory provisions also apply.

The warranty provided does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by falls, impacts or other external causes.
  • Without an invoice we cannot determine whether the product was purchased from us and we cannot provide any warranty.

Tip: Keep your invoice safe. This serves as proof of warranty.


Returns Policy

To return products, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Please return the products within 14 days of receipt .
  • The products must be unused , in the original packaging and properly packed.
  • Make sure that the packaging is not damaged, especially for durable and hygiene products.
  • Damaged returns may result in a reduction in value.

Important notes:

  • We do not accept unregistered returns.
  • Returns cannot be dropped off in person as we do not have a physical pick-up location.
  • The costs of returns are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service.

Order Exchange

Unfortunately, exchanging products is not possible. You can return a product according to our return policy and reorder the desired products in our webshop.


Cancel Order

Do you want to cancel your order? This is possible as long as it has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel free of charge.

Received a damaged product?

During transport, a product can sometimes be damaged. Check your order immediately upon receipt and take a clear photo if the product is damaged. Then contact our customer service.

Please note: Report transport damage within 1 working day of receipt.
