Right of withdrawal

Legal Term

You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the ordered products without giving any reason in accordance with the statutory period.

Product Rating

You may unpack or use the products to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning as you would in a physical store. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must treat the products with care and return them to Kruidenland in their original condition and packaging. Exception for Perishable and Hygiene Products

Restrictions on Withdrawal

Products purchased via Kruidenland that have a limited shelf life (such as hygiene products, custom-made products, etc.) unfortunately cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products.

Final Sale

Once payment has been successfully completed, the sale is considered final, as explicitly stated in the offer.
