Ingredients list

For 1 serving:

  • 1 teaspoon Ceremonial Matcha
  • 40 grams of oatmeal
  • 250 ml almond milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fruit of your choice (e.g. blueberries, raspberries or banana slices)

Preparation method

  1. Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the oats and cook gently according to package directions, usually 5-7 minutes, until the oats are creamy.
  3. Stir the ceremonial matcha powder into the oatmeal until completely absorbed.
  4. Add the vanilla extract (if using) and maple syrup. Stir well.
