Matcha Oatmeal
Ingredients list
For 1 serving:
- 1 teaspoon Ceremonial Matcha
- 40 grams of oatmeal
- 250 ml almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fruit of your choice (e.g. blueberries, raspberries or banana slices)
Preparation method
- Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the oats and cook gently according to package directions, usually 5-7 minutes, until the oats are creamy.
- Stir the ceremonial matcha powder into the oatmeal until completely absorbed.
- Add the vanilla extract (if using) and maple syrup. Stir well.
- Serve the oatmeal in a bowl and garnish with hemp seeds and fresh fruit of your choice.
