How can you file a complaint?
You can submit your complaint to us in the following ways:
- By email : Send an email to info@kruidenland.nl with a clear description of your complaint.
- By telephone : Call us on +31 6 10 20 36 30 (available on working days from 09:00 to 17:00).

What can you expect?
- Confirmation of receipt : You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 14 days .
- Resolution : We aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you of the expected handling period.
- Disagree with the solution? : Can't you reach an agreement with us? Then you can submit your complaint to the Webshop Disputes Committee via Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the independent Webshop Disputes Committee .
