Green Detox Smoothie
Ingredients list
For 1 large smoothie or 2 small portions:
- 1/2 teaspoon Chlorella Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Powder (culinary matcha)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 200 ml coconut water or almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional for extra freshness)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for a touch of sweetness)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation method
- Place the chlorella powder, spirulina powder and matcha powder in a blender.
- Add the banana, avocado, spinach and lemon juice.
- Add the coconut water or almond milk.
- Blend everything until creamy and smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again for a refreshing effect.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you want to sweeten the smoothie a little.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy this green detox smoothie immediately!
