  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (rich in omega-3 and fiber)
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal (for extra fiber and a feeling of satiety)

Preparation method

    • Blend on high speed until thick and creamy. Add a small splash of water or (vegetable) milk if necessary to get the right consistency.
