Smoothie base
- ΒΎ ripe banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
- 150 g frozen berries (mix of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries)
- 200 g low-fat cottage cheese (rich in protein, provides a creamy texture)
- 2 heaped teaspoons (Β± 10 g) acai powder (packed with antioxidants and vitamins)
Toppings
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (rich in omega-3 and fiber)
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal (for extra fiber and a feeling of satiety)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (contains magnesium, iron and healthy fats)
- 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds (full of vegetable proteins and essential fatty acids)

Preparation method

- Place the frozen berries, banana, acai powder and low-fat cottage cheese in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until thick and creamy. Add a small splash of water or (vegetable) milk if necessary to get the right consistency.
